When I try to login to the PluginPortal, sometimes I get the following error-

Yes, I have seen this as well. Unfortunately, there is currently nobody maintaining Plugin Portal because David
Botterill (author of Plugin Portal) moved to another team. Any volunteers?

Found usecase:
Exception occurs at Login from Plugins List Page.
