When using the WebBrick server with the built-in jruby, the
application is launched within the web browser prior to the server
launching the application.  This results in the user receiving an
error page indicating they could not connect to the server.

Thanks for giving us a lot of feedback Eric. If you could guess the subcomponent it would be even greater -> the bugs
would be immediately submitted to proper maintainer. Rails and Rails project issue goes under 'rails' subcomponent,
similarly gems, rake, editing, ... subcomponents.
Sure, if you are unsure, just use the 'code' one and it will be reassigned once we get to it. Thanks.
