1. Rightclick "Databases" node and choose "Register MySQL server". 2. Specify necessary parameters and click "OK". 3. Rightclick MySQL node and choose "Connect". 4. Place mouse cursor above MySQL node. Result: Tooltip and MySQL server node are different.

I reproduced this on Mac OS X. Not sure that this issue is reproducible for other platforms.
Can you explain why this is a P2?
Because it can mislead customer. Behavior of IDE looks inconsistent and it makes bad impression of IDE. Technically it's not so big problem, but IDE which shows different status for the same server can't be good.
Sorry, but this can't be a P2. You could claim that any inconsistency or exception thrown makes bad impression and should be a P2, but that is not the case.
