I notice that the PHP Global Include Path skips indexing Class files in root folder with the Zend Framework. This means
that these types will NOT appear in code completion lists.

Can you please try to restart the IDE  and tell me if it helps?  What exact version of NetBeans are you using?

Maybe duplicate of issue #139705 - let's wait for reporter's answer.

I was not able to reproduce it and there was no additional feedback from the reporter. Marking as a duplicate of issue 139705
