Steps to reproduce:
Install Netbeans 6.1 packages on Ubuntu 8.10
Install java profiler through Update center

After installation of java profiler finished plugin is in inactive state and there is not any message that IDE should be
restarted and IDE don't restart automatically.

Yulia should say for sure but it seems that it can be the side-effect of Issue 143729.
