It seen to be something similar too

After I copy a a class of my project and select a new name, the
projects view is like the attached image. The log is attached too.
I can't simulate it in a small use case, but I will try it soon
again. In my project, every time I copy a class it happens and the
only way to fix it is restarting the IDE.

I read the exceptions again and it is the same. Duplicated imo.
