Steps to reproduce:
1) Start some application.
2) Pause the application by pressing the Pause button.
3) Press the Finish button.
   (A confirmation dialog appears).
   Also the Continue button becomes disabled.
4) Press the Cancel button in the dialog.
The Continue button on the toolbar remains disabled so that it is not possible
to continue debugging.

Already fixed in the main trunk.
