When use the "Finish Debug Session" to kill my debug session I am not able to start another debug session by pressing the "Debug Main Project" button.  The 
reason I am not able to start a new session is because a dialog appears and says that "The application is already running with the test user directory.  You 
must shut it down before trying to tun it again.  In NB 6.1 this does not happen.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
