In NB 6.1 I added nonstandard compiler from /usr/bin (cross compiler). When I launch NB 6.5 with fresh user dir, then
'Confirm Import Settings' window appears. It will very helpfully if IDE imports my compiler collection from NB 6.1 if I
press on 'Yes' button
