An additional overview list about updates in Plugins Portal would be very helpful. The current update mechanism in
Netbeans has difficulties to present updates on installed non-Netbeans plugins.

In addition, in my case, I have often the situation that I've tested a promising plugin which has to much bugs at the
moment, I've removed it from Netbeans and didn't get notice that after a time bugfixes are applied which made it a
valuable tool.

I am sorry for disappointing you but this only works for installed plugins including those from the Plugin Portal Update Center. If you intentionally uninstalled some plugin IDE will never inform you about its update. We don't plan to change this in the foreseeable future.
