I tried to view one of the JDK Demo applets in the ICE Browser and when the 
browser appeared, the applet appeared to be only 10-15 pixels in height and 
width.  Resizing the browser window caused the applet to appear it's correct 
size of 400x400. 

To reproduce:
1) Mount as a filesystem C:\jdk1.3.1\demo\applets\GraphLayout
2) In the root of the new filesystem, 'View' example1.html.
3) Notice the problem.  

This was with v3.2.1 Final on win98.

Works with IB5.06p12 on Linux. Maybe it is platform specific. Needs
further investigation.

fixed in trunk (used version 5.06paatch13 of icebrowser)
