Open any CDC project -> open Properties  -> open Build  -> Creating JAR. 
"JAD file name" is not required for CDC.

So the problem here is simply the presence of a property with the name JAD in the properties file?  I can see not
wanting it there, but it is not doing harm, if I understand the description correctly.

If this is simply the presence of a property with the name "jad" in the project.properties, no need to fix for 7.0
