on windows i use aprox 1 inch wide task bar vertically on the right hand side of the screen; this is different
than windows default; i also do not use auto-hide with the task bar;
with full size screen on nb6.5dev build and others i think - when using "control-space" in editor to help with
code completion when close to the right hand edge of the editor window -- the code completion formats info
as if it can display all the way to the right hand side of the screen -- and some of the info is hidden under the
task bar.

if i activate windows auto-hide -- all the code completion help is visible.
