Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.5 RC1 (Build 200810171318) Java: 1.6.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b23 System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb) This was a fresh install of 6.5 RC1. I opened the project properties from a 6.1 project and started navigating through each section to see what was new. When I got to "Run," the dialog became so large that the right edge of it went off the screen. I had to drag it to the left and pull the left edge over to make it narrower several times to get it to where it fit on the screen. Then I would select a new option in the dialog, and it would grow again to this huge size. After closing NB and reopening, now the dialog window itself is the right size but the contents of the window are still huge, which means that dialog has scroll bars. (See attached screenshots.)

It seems the reporter for issue 140484 was experiencing a similar problem, according to the attached screenshot. While my VM options were blank, my "Additional Javadoc Options" value was quite long. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 140484 ***
