The Declaration window (Window -> Other -> Declaration) does not use the configured formatting. The formatting should be
the one of the project containing the edited file or the global settings if the project does not have project specific
formatting settings.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
