My main project uses a very long VM Options entry (under Project Properties window -> 'Run' tree item). This causes the
window appearing (post-entry) to be very wide, fit to the width of the VM Options text field.

Reproducibility : VERY. Just enter a very long text to that field, hit 'OK' and invoke that Project window back again.
Please note that this bug was reproducible on my older installations as far back as NB 6.0.

Suggestion : Limit the maximum width. Remember last window size and location (set by user) would be nice too.
