In NetBeans 6.5, if you use the Window Component wizard to create a new TopComponent in a module, which does neither
have a TopComponent nor the layer.xml file yet, the following files do not show up in the created files list in the wizard:
- layer.xml
- *Settings.xml
- *Wstcref.xml
