I d/led the all-in one NB 6.5 bundle and registered it (via help menu...)(under an id). 
Then went to my list of assets on that id and I can see NB 6.5 but not GFv3 or V2.

Moving to P1 bug as it seems that registration is a critical reason why we do software development.

please attach installation log (from ~/.nbi/log), <install-dir>/nb6.5/servicetag/registration.xml and ~/.netbeans/6.5/
var/log/messages.log

Of course, on this system I installed rc1, rc2, continuous builds and many GF v2,v3s.
Still, the gfs under then NetBeans area should be registered if I select the register menu).

Will try soon on an xp system.

Oh, that`s Mac. We don`t support registration and service tag creation on Mac in installer at this moment.

Fixed.
