If you select the New Database connection from a combobox that u have connected via the DatabaseExplorerUI.connect
feature and select the MySql driver it has the field entry radio button checked but the Direct URL entry fields
displayed on the screen. You have to select the Direct URL entry button and re-select the field entry radio button to
actually get the field entry items to display on the screen. This does not happen if you select the driver in the
services tab and right click and get the screen up that way.

This should get fixed when we implement the New Connection dialog.  Rob, can you attach this issue to the New Connection
umbrella?

It seems it's works for me in NB6.8
