In the GUI Designer at the Table Contents dialogue "Bound" ist translated with "Grenze" which means "Border". The correct translation would be something like 
"Gebunden".

No contributor now. Currently oracle translates and maintains only
ja, zh_CN, pt_BR and ru for entire IDE and es, it, de and fr just
for NetBeans platform. If someone wants to translate and update other
parts and languages, please let us know.
