I'm not sure UI Review should be P1 defect. Stated this way it affects quality metrics of M1, but in reality it has
nothing to do with M1 quality. Please change type or/and priority.

Certainly not P1. 

Assuming it does not add/modify a "new project" wizard category (and thus is not subject to UI review process) it is not
even P2.

Umm, how come there are no projects of type Qt [shared]library?

Given that Qt is an object oriented application invariably
extensions of Qt widgets will be created and eventually migrated
to their own library. That happenned very quickly in my collection
of qt projects at home.
