Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE with a fresh userdir
- call Profile->Attach Profiler...
Result: nothing happens
- call Debug->Attach Debugger...
Result: The first item in available debuggers list is "Attach Profiler"

Again the same reason, sorry for bothering you. Should work correctly in current builds.
