When changing cvs root of project, dialog does not check whether repository really exists (even local) or whether it is 
possible to have there versioned project (i.e. whether password is correct). In case of non existing local repository 
it does not create new one. 
Although it is not a deffect and not really a problem, one would expect, that such checking is done, or at least would 
expect a note about the fact, that repository will not be checked. Or checkbutton 'commit and re-checkout after change' 
would be fine as well.
