It would be very helpful if the .new~ was removed (or an option given to remove) from the end of php project files as they are uploaded via FTP.  i am hosted 
on yahoo and they do not allow (as i am sure many other providers do not also) special characters in filenames.

thanks for a great IDE, everything else is fantastic.

Already fixed in trunk, I plan to do some other improvements/changes in this area later.
