I have loaded Netbeans 6.5 onto my new Vista laptop. After several days of effort I have not been able to get the auto 
comment tool to come up, or even find where it is listed as an option. Has it been included in version 6.5? Or am I 
just making some bone head mistake?

The autocomment tool was replaced by analyze javadoc/javadoc hints in 6.0 - see issue 89603
