Open BD-J project and CDC project as main project.
1)Apply "Properties" on BD-J project, select "Running" and apply "Browse.." for the "Main class". All "Ok"
2)Do the same for the CDC project - All "Ok"
3)Repeate step 1. "Run using main.." is selected. Result is in attachment.

Unable to reproduce exactly how described but there is a problems with empty Main class list .
Will investigate ......

Noticed issue has absolutely different reason. It should be resolved as standalone issue.

I cannot reproduce the issue under question.
There is not enough information .
Please provide more detailed information about project you use
( possibly it would be nice to attach projects ).
I suppose you use Main class some project . May be this is the issue.
Is it true ? You should describe content of your project .
The easiest way is attach projects to the issue.

Without requested information for long time. We can't do anything in this case. Reporter, please add requested
