Application that runs ok hangs in WindowKeyRouterFrameManager.addKeyListener(this), when project is changed to run under
Web Start (eg when project property is changed to enable Web Start).  At least hangs here when step into used to single
step through application. If run F6 or double click on  ...project\dist\launch.jnlp application hangs. Hang meaning:
process scheduled but not using any cpu time.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
