Open "Project properties"/"Application Descriptor"/"BD-J" for any BD-J project.
Look at the "Network Permissions"/"Permissions". 
1) You may type anything to it. There isn't any checkers for the this field.
2) Value of this field doesn't participate in the build process.

BD-J was removed from build. Richard G. will be providing new support in future.
