Description Petr Dvorak 2009-04-14 20:37:23 UTC
When the dialog saying the JavaDoc is not installed is shown, there is an URL address in the dialog pointing to the
JavaDoc download page. But it is not a link and user cannot copy the URL either.

to reproduce:

1. Start IDE with a fresh userdir
2. Create a Java application
3. Click "Help>JavaDoc Index Search"
4. Try to search for "String"
-> a dialog saying there is no JavaDoc shows up
-> tha dialog contains the URL to download pages, but it is not a link neither the text can be copied
