Found using GlassFish ESB v2.1 nightly build (20090413-0723). New Database 
Binding wizard description should be changed for step #3.

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Create a BPEL project
(2) Right-click project and select New > WSDL Document
(3) Select WSDL Type = Concrete WSDL Document
(4) Select Binding = Database and Type = Table

As a result, note in the left panel's list of Steps, see description for step 
#3. It should be modified to something like 'Select URL'
