Build 011017.
After creating any JSP I can't set breakpoint for debugging.

NB does not support debugging of JSP. So Toggle breakpoint action
should be disabled there.

Just a short FYI:
problem still persists in FFJ trunk build 011021.

the NB 3.3 does not support JSP breakpoints
the Orion supports JSP breakpoints

because the JSP breakpoint support is in the close source code and 
this feature is not part of the NB, this bug can not be placed in the 
Issuzila.
