VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 14.1-b02, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.6.0_15-b03
OS: Windows XP, 5.1, x86

pribyl: I started the IDE (distribution "Java" with Features on demand enabled), in Tools-Options changed the default browser to 'Embedded...' and then clicked on "Take a Tour" on the StartPage -> this slowness was reported


Maximum slowness yet reported was 7890 ms, average is 7890
