As defined in issue 170638, we are now supporting multiple types of dependency that have different compilation and deployment requirements.

The dependencies, their kinds and deployment strategies, and the names of properties related to the dependenices will be defined in the project.xsl.

The generated build-impl.xml for Java Card projects needs to generate correct code (e.g. compile and deploy a foreign project before deploying itself) to 
deploy each dependent project in dependency order.
