I am using netbeans 6.7

Steps to recreate: 

1. Create a new platform in netbeans 6.7 and randomly add few clusters to it (by going to properties --> Libraries). 
2. Run the create_platform script. 
3. Now create a New Suite and select this Platform to use. 
4. Go to properties of Newly created suite --> libraries --> randomly deselects few modules. 
5. Next time you open the properies, it does not remember the clusters and modules you selected first time. 

I have tried the same with NetBeans 6.5 and there its fine.
