reassigned to Import Settings
If I open Customize Toolbar dialog in NB6.7.1, I don't see any Replace... item. I don't know how did you manage to have it in your toolbar. Please, add steps how to reproduce.
As I said, I just have imported toolbar settings from NB 6.7. Until version 6.7.1 it looked like (see Issue 141959): http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/65866/NetBeans%20Issue%20Replace%20button_2.jpg

I am sorry but there is no way how to fix it. You should call Reset Toolbars to clean your toolbars. When issue 141959 is implemented you can re-add the replace action to toolbar again.
