Similar to IntelliJ IDEA refactoring option shortcuts, add shortcuts to NetBeans refactoring features.

For example, add shortcuts to the following.
Refactor->Copy... (Add shortcut)
Refactor->Introduce Field... (Add shortcut)
Refactor->Introduce Constant... (Add shortcut)
Refactor->Introduce Variable... (Add shortcut)
Refactor->Introduce Method... (Add shortcut)
Refactor->Change Method Parameters... (Add shortcut)
