Add "Miltithreading level" option for GCC toolchain.

Sounds like an enhancement.

Yes, but in Parallel Adviser tips it's much better to say about "Multithreading level" option than about -fopenmp flag.
So it some kind of usability issue.
Is it hard to implement?
