This problem is occuring when we create a new project or a file like entity classes from data base or want to run the project.

initVisual takes several seconds when doing class loading and initialization. I don't think this has a high priority.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
