I have tried to format several javafx class files and I am unable to get code formatting to work.

Closing as duplicate of TASK that encapsulates all the reported formatting problems. Please note that the formatting has been "enabled" after Beta. Therefore there is none formatting in Beta. You can verify the fix(es) in RC1.

If you have problems with the RC (or trunk builds) report more specific cases where the formatting fails. Thank you.

verified as duplicate.

It should work in NetBeans 6.8 now.
