There is no data available from update center named Plugin Portal http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/6.8/catalog.xml.gz.

There is no verified plugin for 6.8 and due to no one is on update center. Am i right Jirko ? (cc)

Yes, there is no verified plugin on the Update Center so it's empty now.
