Stacktrace

The xml file seems to contain URL instead of URIs, thus the entry contains spaces which should have been escaped as '%20'. Seems to be a generation problem for the updatecenter's xml.

I've set this to P2, as it may cause problems when trying to install plugins with names containing spaces. I've environment and too few knowledge about update center infrastructure to test this further. If You can make sure, this bug really doesn't cause problems, please downgrade. OTOH, plugin update center is expected to work correctly on NB release, so IMHO it's important to verify first, if this bug is causing problems.

Found this issue by looking into my IDE log, several times (concerning several modules), appending stacktrace only for one of them.
