When moving the mouse cursor over a member element in members view of the netbeans navigator a window with the member description is popped up. If the text is larger than the view port it is scrollable. But when moving the mouse cursor to this poup window it is closed. It is possible to enlarge the text by ctrl+F1, but I would prefere to move the cursor to the popup window and scroll it down. If a scrollable window is popped up, then it should be possible to scroll it by mouse movements.

I experienced the same behaviour in release 6.8.
