GUEST: As usual GUEST: Rightclicked in the source code editor, the menu opened but nothing happened for several seconds. GUEST: Passed the refactor entry with mouse pointer, also noted there is a brief pause before the first menu opened too GUEST: Marked and rightclicked to copy content of one source file to another. GUEST: Rightclicked and when moving mouse in menu it froze Maximum slowness yet reported was 8173 ms, average is 5349

The latest stanpshot (http://statistics.netbeans.org/exceptions/exception.do?id=324919) is invalid as it contains only 11 samples. The other other snapshots came from 6.8beta and show that enabling refactoring actions take rather a long time. However, the time is evenly spread among all refactoring actions in the menu (each contributing a small share).
No report since 6.9 -> fixed.
