Users of Plugin Portal [1] can't rate plugins, can't add comments and plugin owners can't do any maintenance.

No matter how hard you try to login, Plugin Portal seems to ignore it and displays "Not logged in. Log in, Register" message. This is a serious showstopper which needs immediate attention.

Excellent, the login is working fine already. Probably restart of the Plugin Portal helped.
