If installation path customized for MacOS installer then Welcome page became unavailable. Back button just disabled on Agreement page and doesn't allow user to click on.
Originally, before customization, Welcome page available as any other page.

Is not reproducible on Snow Leo. Looks like this bug is fixed in Mac's Installer tool for Snow Leo. Closing the issue as fixed.
