Registration page shows some error messages with bad layout. For example if account already exists "Registration" button goes off registration form area. Check screenshot -- this is easy corruption on Windows platworm while on Linux platform (it might be due to fonts or other settings) almost half of button is out of area.

Will be fixed with the new Oracle branding pages (as soon as we have them:)

The registration functionality has been recently turned off in NetBeans and installer.
So closing as wontfix.
