Your previously stored passwords cannot be decrypted. Do you wish to forget all existing passwords and start with a fresh keyring?

I press OK but the message re-appears indefinitely, so I press Cancel.
Cancel sometimes does not help, either), but after dozens of attempts suddeny it works, and I get a dialog "Enter Master Password"

This happens when I:
- open the Databases node in the Services window for the first time.
- create a new web project after I press "Next" on the Server and Settings" screen.

Same symptoms here- but for me it occurs every time the IDE starts up.

It does not matter what I do with the master password dialog (cancelling it or entering one) the problem recurs on the next start up.
