I am using SDI.
When the UC wizard loses focus then there is no way to access it by keyboard 
(the menu item Tools|Update Center... is disabled). The wizard loses focus 
whenever the modal dialog appears (Proxy Configuration dialog, Connecting 
dialog ...).

Fixed in release33 and trunk.

Solution:
When UC wizard is running, than menu item Tools|Update Center... isn't
disabled, but only request focus to running wizard.
