Hello,

Please, could you extend DatabaseExplorerUIs API.

I'd like to call connect(...) with driver, databaseUrl, user and password parameters.

showAddConnectionDialog in ConnectionManager already supports this parameters.
now I have to reimplement ConnectionDataComboBoxModel.
