When I try to register the IDE I get sent to https://hs-ws1.oracle.com/RegistrationWeb/no_registration.jsp?error=no_products
Which reads:

Sorry, but this is not a NetBeans related problem and what is more the registration functionality has been recently removed from NetBeans. For NetBeans 6.9.1 you can disable the registration reminder by choosing "Never Register" in the Registration Reminder window. Closing as invalid.
